Game Summaries and Scores updated. Come out and support the Varsity team as they wrap up their season this Friday, April 29 at 7:00 pm at Berkner ball park against the Samuel Spartans.
Congratulations to the Junior Varsity team as they completed their season with a District record of 10 - 3! Sweeping Lake HIghlands (2-0), Richardson (1-0), Sunset (3-0), and Skyline (2-0) teams during the season.
BASEBALL BANQUET INFORMATION
Location - The Atrium, Granville Arts Center, Garland, TX
Date - Thursday, May 26, 6:30PM
Menu - Chicken Fried Chicken and Chicken Fried Steak, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans
Cost - $25 for parents and guests; no charge for Players, Coaches, Trainers, Sponsors
RSVP/payments - Receive by May 6 to notify caterer to make your reservations for the annual event. Turn in your forms and money.

Schedules and Game Summaries updated. JV now 8-2 in district play with Varsity moving to 4-4 in district play. The second half of district play has begun and the Rams are looking to finish strong to "play in May."

Game Summaries updated
Varsity is now 2 - 4 in district play and 12-13-2 overall. Up next to finish the first half of the season is a visit to Samuel High School on Tuesday, April 5 at 4:30 pm. The second half of season begins Friday, 4/8 against the Raiders of Skyline high School.
JV is currently 7 - 2 in district play and 11 - 16 overall. Up next for the JV Rams to start the second half of the season is a double header against the Raiders of Skyline High School at Skyline on Saturday, April 9 with games starting at 10 and 12 noon.

Thanks to all the parents and players that assisted with the Garland Little League field work on Saturday, January 22. The boys worked hard to get the fields and area ready to play for the next generation of Berkner ball players!

Welcome to a New Year and season for the Berkner Baseball Team.
After a 2nd round run into the playoffs in 2010, the team is looking to make an impact once again in District 9-5A baseball.
Welcome Coach Tovar! Berkner High School welcomes NEW Head Coach John Tovar. See the Coaches page for information on our new Head Varsity Coach.
In addition, please welcome new Junior Varsity Coach David Blacklock to Berkner Baseball. Information coming soon.
Spring training is well underway after a good fall season for the teams.
Community Service Work Day - the Berkner baseball teams will participate in a community service project on January 22. The team will be donating their time with the Garland Little Baseball Organization.
